The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring seamless operation.
This switch is specially engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward design, remarkable affordability, and intuitive operation. The switch is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Key components include a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive segments, and a mechanical assembly. The circuit is opened and closed utilizing a reliable gate knife mechanism, where each phase is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. The spring height can be adjusted to deliver optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. The switch is manipulated with an insulated hook stick for efficient opening and closing, featuring a dependable self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
Recommended installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Ambient temperature range: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second.
Designed to endure seismic intensity levels up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in areas with minimal frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity performance.
Note:
SHOULD EXCEEDING NORMAL USE CONDITIONS OCCUR, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Efficiently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain superior performance.
Meticulously examine all parts for signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal condition.
1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
