Product Description

Underground combined substation is a complete set of power transformation and distribution device integrating high-voltage switchgear, buried transformer, low-voltage distribution cabinet, etc. It is a series of products developed and designed by our company on the basis of combined substation to meet the requirements of urban construction and environmental protection.

It has the advantages of advanced technology, beautiful appearance, low noise, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, compact structure and small floor area. It is applicable to urban public places, streets, parks, residential areas, scenic areas and other power transformation and distribution places, and is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in the distribution system. In the power distribution system, it can be used for ring network power distribution system, or dual power supply or radial terminal power distribution system.

 

Features

1. The underground combined substation is divided into two parts: above ground and underground. The above ground part consists of high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage distribution cabinet and shell, and the underground part consists of buried transformer and buried box.
2. Shell Structure: the shell is made of aluminum coated zinc plate, with wood on the surface and metal glazed tile on the top. The rooms of the substation are separated into independent chambers by steel plates, and are equipped with lighting devices. The top cover is a double-layer structure, which can prevent heat radiation from increasing indoor temperature and has good ventilation.
3. High Voltage Unit: the high voltage cabinet adopts SF6 insulated ring network cabinet or SF6 load switch cabinet, with compact structure, small volume, high reliability, long service life and maintenance free.
4. Low Voltage Unit: the low voltage cabinet adopts GGD cabinet, which can be equipped with metering, outgoing line, measurement and automatic capacitor compensation devices according to user requirements.
5. Transformer Unit: the transformer is an underground transformer with low temperature rise and low loss. The high-voltage side of the transformer is connected with a fully sealed and insulated cable plug, and the low-voltage side is connected with a low-voltage sealed lead device. Even if the whole transformer is immersed in water, it can operate reliably. Moreover, the transformer is first installed in the buried box, and then buried underground. The noise of the transformer will not spread to the surface, preventing noise pollution. If the transformer leaks oil, the oil will only leak in the buried box and will not pollute the environment.
