JDZX10-10B1G Voltage Transformer Principle
JDZX10-10B1G voltage transformer is a single-phase, indoor, and dry type fully enclosed product. When used, three sets are used in a group. JDZX10-3, 6, and 10 are Yo/Yo/[connections, and JDZXF10-3, 6, and 10 are Yo/Yo/[connections. They are respectively suitable for energy metering, voltage monitoring, and relay protection in power systems with rated frequencies of 50Hz} 60Hz and rated voltages of 3, 6, and 10kV.
JDZX10-10B1G Voltage Transformer Structure
The JDZX10-10B1G voltage transformer is a fully enclosed structure, and the winding is made of epoxy resin fully vacuum cast fully insulated structure. The iron core is wound with high-quality silicon steel sheets. The insulation of the transformer relies on epoxy resin. The product is small in size and light in weight, and installation only takes up limited space. All windings are completely cast in epoxy resin, with excellent insulation performance, impact resistance, and mechanical pressure resistance, and can protect the windings from moisture. The markings for the terminals of the primary winding outgoing line are A, N; The markings for the measurement level terminals of the secondary winding outgoing line are a and n, and the markings for the protection level terminals are da and do, which are clearly marked on the casting body. There is a grounding bolt next to the grounding mark on the clamp for grounding, and the lower bracket is for installation. The overall structure is compact and convenient to use. The connectome label of JDZX10-3, 6 and 10 transformers is 1/1/1/12-12, the connectome label of JDZXF10-3, 6 and 10 transformers is 1/1/1/12/12-12, and the connection group of three single-phase three winding voltage transformers is (the residual voltage winding is connected into an open triangle).
JDZX10-10B1G Voltage Transformer Service Conditions
1. The altitude does not exceed 3000 meters;
2. The ambient temperature should not be higher than+40C and not lower than -5 degrees Celsius
3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 85% (20 degrees);
4. Meet the II pollution level;
5. There is no corrosive gas in the installation site
6. Rated insulation level: JDZ10-6 type 7.2/32/60kV, JDZ10-10 type 12/42/75kV
